Iam not a great TV person !
But for the past few months, I enjoy "Rbk Life" in NDTV good times( show at 7.30 am and 6 pm everyday )
Program is divided as 3 segments - Yoga ,Pilates/Martail arts and Dance(by Shaira Bhan)
Its worth following the yoga movements/exercise and dance steps !
Shaira Bhan is with full of energy ..its loads of fun watching her spin !!
TV Serials .. Down Down !! Cheers to more Lifestyle Channels !
